We use Live Chat for the purposes of providing support via chat. Live Chat is available on all PNET websites and client portal.Some of the provided Customers information such as your IP address, domain, browser type, operating system type, etc. may be automatically acquired when a user visits our websites. When contacting PNET Support the Customer may be requested to render accessible analogical data to those provided while registering on our website. We may also collect information (including Personal Data) provided by you and related to your Agents (people you employee to operate the Service) and End-users Personal Data provided in a Pre-chat survey. We also store your chat content. Please note you are fully responsible for lawfully obtaining such data in accordance with the applicable law, as well as a lawful processing such data to PNET. In order to contact our Support , in pre-chat survey Client/Visitor must agree for personal data, provided via chat, to be processed by PNET for the purposes of providing support via chat and for personal data to be processed for the time [e.g. needed to carry out the service]. The consent may be revoked by sending an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org .
Account creation (on Client Portal): To create an account, in order to use our Service, the Visitor must follow all requirements to submit their order and provide accurate information during the sign-up process.
The personal information which has been submitted during the sign-up process will be set and available under the “My Details” section of the Customer’s client area.
We do store the email address you have entered when creating an account for communication and anti-abuse purposes. If you are referred to the Service by a friend or some other third-party who is participating in our referral program, we may associate your account with the referrer to appropriately credit the referrer.
Support (on Client Portal): When you submit support requests or bug reports, we will collect the data that you choose to share with us about the issue being reported.
Payment (on Client Portal): P-Net relies on third parties to process credit card and PayPal transactions, and we do not save your full credit card details.

Data retention: We retain essential data (email, billing information) on active accounts in order to provide services. This data is deleted when your account is deleted.

This data cannot be used to personally identify users or visitors as we do not log IP addresses and connect them to specific user accounts.
